Overview

Olyfestyle is an adult (18+) user-generated content platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account data: email, username/handle, password (hashed with Argon2id/bcrypt), date/time of signup.
• Profile & content: info you add (bio, photos, posts, comments, likes) and visibility settings.
• Log & device data: IP address, user-agent, device details, timestamps, and diagnostics for security and fraud prevention.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We receive limited payment metadata (status, tokenized IDs, brand/last4 from the processor). We do not store card numbers.
• Communications: messages to support and reports you submit; transactional email logs (e.g., resets, receipts).
• Cookies: essential/session cookies for login, preferences, and security. No marketing cookies by default.

How we use data

• Provide, maintain, and secure the service (authentication, content delivery, abuse/fraud prevention).
• Operate community features (profiles, posts, likes, reporting, moderation).
• Process payments and subscriptions via Stripe.
• Send essential notices (account, security, policy updates).
• Comply with law and enforce our rules.

Sharing & processors

We share data with service providers that help run Olyfestyle (hosting, email, storage/CDN, payments). They may use data only to perform services for us and must protect it appropriately. Examples include transactional email and Stripe for payments.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies only. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies by default. If this changes, we will update this page and, where required, present consent controls.

User content & visibility

Content you post may be visible based on your settings and platform features. Do not post other people’s personal data without permission. We may remove content that violates policies or law.

Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

• Contract: to provide the service you requested.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service integrity.
• Legal obligation: compliance and safety reporting.
• Consent: where applicable (withdrawable at any time).

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and appeal decisions. To exercise rights, email privacy@olyfestyle.com. Account deletion requests can be made via settings (if available) or by contacting us.

Retention

• Account/profile data: retained while your account is active.
• Security logs: kept for a limited time for safety/fraud prevention.
• Backups: kept for operational continuity and rotated on a schedule.
• We may retain data as needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States. If we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

Security

We use TLS in transit, hashed passwords (Argon2id/bcrypt), access controls, and other measures. No online service can be 100% secure. To report a security issue, email security@olyfestyle.com.

Children

Olyfestyle is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Report under-18 accounts or content to abuse@olyfestyle.com.

Law enforcement & safety

We may preserve and disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect safety, or prevent fraud/abuse. We report child sexual exploitation to NCMEC where required.

Changes

We will update this policy as needed and change the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g., banner or email).

Content & Conduct Policy

We support robust, diverse expression. To keep the community safe, some content and behaviors are not allowed. These rules apply to everything you do on Olyfestyle, including profiles, posts, comments, links, images, and streams.

Adult content & minors

• 18+ only. Do not depict or sexualize minors (under 18) in any way, including edited/AI/animated depictions.
• Non-consensual sexual content and exploitation are prohibited.
• Bestiality, incest, or illegal sexual content is prohibited.
• Content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct must comply with law (see 2257 below).

Graphic violence & gore

No gratuitous gore, graphic injury, or depictions that glorify extreme violence (including torture of humans or animals).

Dangerous activities & self-harm

No promotion of self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or activities likely to cause serious injury/death. Do not stream while driving or encourage dangerous stunts.

Illegal or regulated goods/services

• Drugs and paraphernalia where illegal; instructions for making/obtaining illegal substances.
• Weapons/explosives and instructions to make or acquire them.
• Trafficking, prostitution or sexual services; counterfeit or stolen goods; unlawful gambling/financial schemes.

Intellectual property

Only share content you have the right to share. Don’t infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or privacy rights.

Privacy & unauthorized images

No doxxing or sharing private information; no non-consensual intimate imagery or hidden-camera content; no threats to share others’ private content.

Spam, platform abuse & security

No spam, fake engagement, automated posting, scraping, data mining, malware, or attempts to disrupt or overload the service.

Impersonation & deception

No impersonating individuals or organizations to mislead or defraud. Parody must be clearly labeled.

Harassment, hateful conduct & threats

• No harassment or coordinated abuse (including sexual harassment, blackmail, or public shaming).
• No hateful conduct or slurs targeting protected characteristics (e.g., race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, serious disease, veteran status).
• No violent threats or wishing serious harm/disease on a person or group; no praise for violent events or terrorism.
• No hateful imagery or symbols intended to promote hostility.

Enforcement

We may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts. Severity, context, intent, and prior violations matter. Extreme violations (e.g., child sexual exploitation, credible violent threats) may result in immediate permanent suspension and reports to law enforcement.

Appeals may be available for certain actions. Repeated or egregious violations may limit appeal eligibility.

Scope & discretion

These guidelines are not exhaustive. We may act on behavior that, in our judgment, violates the spirit of these rules or poses risk to users, our community, or the service.

Status of Olyfestyle

Olyfestyle (also known as Openlyfestyle, OLS) is an online service where users upload and share their own content. Except for any content that Olyfestyle itself produces (if any; see below), the owners and operators of Olyfestyle are not the primary producers of user-generated visual depictions on the service. For such content, the primary producer is the uploader who caused the depiction to be created. Olyfestyle may be deemed a secondary producer to the extent it hosts or manages such content.

Uploader obligations (Primary Producers)

1. Uploader is the primary producer of the content;
2. Uploader has verified the age and identity of every person depicted using valid government-issued photo ID;
3. Uploader has created and maintains the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75; and
4. Uploader will label their content and provide, upon lawful request, the location of their records to appropriate authorities.

Site policies & notices

Olyfestyle requires uploaders to comply with law and our rules. We remove content and/or suspend accounts upon credible notice of non-compliance (e.g., missing age-verification records, minors, mislabeling) and cooperate with lawful requests by authorities. Content produced by Olyfestyle (if any)

If Olyfestyle ever produces its own visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, Olyfestyle will be the primary producer for those works and will maintain required records. The Custodian of Records for such content is:
